Email hello@lobstercomputer.com with any question about Reef or its integrations. We aim to respond within two business days. Telling us what you were trying to do and what happened — with a screenshot if you have one — helps us help you faster.

The shared Reef app for Slack

  • Connect Slack. In Reef, open Settings → Connections, find Slack, and choose Connect, then review and approve Slack's authorization screen.
  • Workspace approval. If Slack says approval is required, use your workspace's app-request process or ask a Slack admin to install Reef. Your personal authorization and the shared workspace installation are separate.
  • Disconnect yourself. Remove Slack from Settings → Connections in Reef. This deletes your stored Slack authorization; it does not uninstall the app for coworkers.
  • Remove the workspace app. A Slack admin can remove Reef from Slack's Manage apps page. See the full Slack connection & removal guide.
  • Troubleshooting. If messages are missing, first confirm that you can open the conversation in Slack and that Reef still shows Slack as connected. Then email us the account, workspace, and approximate time of the missing message.

The Reef app for Zoom

  • Connect Zoom. In Reef, open Settings → Connections, find Zoom, and choose Connect, then authorize on Zoom's screen.
  • Disconnect Zoom. Remove it from Settings → Connections in Reef, or revoke it from the Zoom App Marketplace under Manage → Added Apps. See the full Zoom setup & removal guide.
  • Troubleshooting. If something isn't working, email us the account you're using and the action you attempted, and we'll dig in.
